OXFORD ATHLETICS

OUR TEAM OUR TOWN WORKOUT CHALLENGE

 

Complete with prizes!!!  Oxford students, staff, and community members, this workout challenge is for you! The purpose of this challenge is not only to keep our student-athletes in game-ready shape,

but also promote community wellness.

 

Be sure to share with your Oxford friends and family!

Not only are you competing against others (if you choose), you are competing against yourself. Each day, an Oxford High School coach will provide a five-minute video showing you how to complete the daily workout (via email and on oxfordathletics.org). Each day will be accompanied with either a mile or half mile run/walk (your choice). The workouts will last 30-60 minutes. Sundays will be utilized as rest days.

The challenge will last until April 5th.
