Tuesday

  • Pick an event out of your comfort zone . 

  • Warm up, cool down appropriately . 

  • 30-35 mins of total running, plus events you pick 

  • Stretch after your race 15-20 mins 

 

Wednesday

  • Tapering for Regionals 

  • Form strides/high knees 

  • 300-200

  • 300-200

  • 300-200 

  • 200 jog in between — stay sharp 

  • Mini hurdles 

  • 15 min cool down 

 

Thursday

  • Pre meet-regionals 

  • Strides/form 

  • Easy 25-30 min run 

  • Yoga poses, full body stretch 

  • Stretching 

 

Friday

  • Regionals @ Lake Orion 

  • Warm up, cool down properly 

  • Your race(s) 

  • Stretch properly after races 

  • Cool down after each race
