  • Banana hurdles, resistance band sprints

  • Lunges, monster walks 

  • 300m, 200m, 100m sprints, 5x banana hurdle sprints, 30yd, 3x each resistance band sprint. 

  • Quad and hip flexors 

  • Hurdle walk through drills 

 

Tuesday

  • Pre-meet starts and steps

  • Hurdle warm up drills, Hurdle drills

  • 10x starts over 4 hurdles, 3 step drill for veterans 

  • Hurdle stretch series

Wednesday

  • 400-800m jog and stretches

 

Thursday

  • 300m starts, first hurdle, last 2 hurdles

  • Block starts over first hurdle 

  • Clams 3 way

  • 10 block starts over 1st hurdle, 2x 300m with last two hurdles 

  • Hurdle stretches
