A Look Ahead: Competition Season Begins Edition!!!
We hope that everyone had a relaxing and re-energizing Spring Break! Now that Winter Sports are wrapping up and we are filling in the rest of our team, it is time to put our hard work on display! There are a few house keeping things to cover, then ON TO THE MEETS!

COVID-19 Testing Begins This Week
As part of the State of Michigan's "Return to Play" protocol, ALL athletes between the ages of 13 to 19 (MS and HS) will need to be tested weekly for COVID-19.
Every athlete in this age range needs a Parent Consent Form filled out prior to April 5th. Athletes will NOT be able to practice or compete until this form is on file (this is effective April 5th). Please return this form as soon as possible.
This and other COVID-19 Compliance information can be found at https://www.oxfordtrack.com/covid-19-compliance
We will inform you of the testing days as soon as they are known.
Please click on the button below to access the Parent Consent Form.
Sign-Up Genius is LIVE! (Link)
More than any other sport in high school, Track and Field takes an absolute village to host a meet.
In a typical dual meet setting, it takes around 25 volunteers to run the meet.
With the Oxford Invite, it takes nearly double that number!
We are currently hosting four meets (April 14th, 16th, 24th, and 28th) that we would love your help with!
We have positions for EVERYBODY! From finish line workers, to concessions, to field event officials...you name it, we got it!!!
These meets absolutely can't function without your help! Please take time to sign up for any position (more to the point, ALL of the positions) that you can. Please click on the button below to be taken to our Sign Up Genius page.

Track and Field Fundraising Efforts
Track and Field is a sport with LOTS of variety that requires very specialized equipment
Due to the cancellation of the Oxford Invitational last season and the reduction in allowable teams this year, our main fundraising resource has been decimated
As you all know, Oxford is a non-"pay to play" district so opportunities for flexible funding are limited
To this end, we are partnering with WeFund4You and Adrenaline Fundraising to aid us in offsetting these losses
We are asking that each parent/guardian help their student gather 20 or more email addresses of their biggest supporters...Grandma, Grandpa, Aunts, Uncles, Family friends, etc. on the FORM LINKED BELOW
Emails will then be sent to these potential donors where they can view the groups fundraiser page and decide if they want to donate.
If not, they can easily delete the email and it is much less invasive then knocking on their door asking them to buy a product.
If you would like more information, please read the informational flyer LINKED BELOW
Thank you for your help with our fundraiser! If you have any questions, please contact one of the coaches directly
We have been working hard and are looking forward to putting our efforts on the track and in the field! Please know that we appreciate everything that you do to help support your athletes and Oxford Track and Field!
HAPPY TRACK!
