Please use this as our "beginner's guide" to blocks and start technique.  Each athlete is different and most will vary on some part of this.  But, it will aid us all in speaking the same vocabulary and starting with the same frame of reference.

Please print a copy of the dynamic warm-ups to keep with you in your bag.  ​Please add this to your list of "What to do when I don't know what to do..."
